City of Harlingen rolling out new trash pickup schedule on Monday

Heads up, everyone! Starting Monday, we're rolling out new trash pickup schedules! Not everyone will be affected, but some of you will notice a change. The city's now split into two routes: East (right) & West (left). Make sure to get those bins out by 7 a.m.!
