MEMBERSHIP
The Harlingen Arts and Heritage Museum Advisory Board shall consist of nine members. The Mayor and City Commissioners each have one appointment and the Board appoints three members and two alternates. City Commission appointments serve staggered, three-year terms. Board appointments will serve one-, two- or three-year terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Harlingen Arts and Heritage Museum shall be responsible to the City Commission for the efficient and proper operation of the Harlingen Museum System.
