The goal of Public Works is to ensure planning, construction and maintenance of a safe, reliable, and efficient infrastructure including roads, drainage ditches and public buildings. Enhance public safety through the design and maintenance throughout the city of Harlingen., always minimizing risks and responding effectively to community requests. Public Works is always committed to contributing to the health of the community by managing waste effectively and promoting well-being of our residents.
