New benches Installed in Downtown Harlingen's Lozano Plaza

This week Public Works and our Downtown Maintenance Coordinator installed four brand new benches in Downtown Harlingen at Lozano Plaza! 

We’re so excited for the community to be able to use these new four spots to rest,relax and take in the view of Historical Jackson Street!
