* Each board member continues to serve until they get reappointed or a new appointee is made once their term is expired.

MEMBERSHIP

The Municipal Auditorium Advisory Board shall consist of six members appointed by the Mayor and City Commissioners. Terms shall run concurrently with the Mayor and City Commission's respective appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Harlingen Municipal Auditorium Advisory Board shall set policy, over and coordinate implementation of programs, facilities, services and marketing, and to generate funds for management, operation, promotion and improvements of the Auditorium.
